Shipping Terms and Conditions

These Shipping Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of Second Nature USA INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a consumer-to-consumer platform facilitating the buying and selling of goods. By using our services, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Supported Carriers

We support domestic and international shipping through:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)
• United Parcel Service (UPS)
• Federal Express (FedEx)

Carrier selection and pricing are based on package specifications and destination.

2. Shipping Label System

Second Nature USA INC provides prepaid shipping labels automatically to sellers upon sale completion.

• The buyer pays for shipping at checkout.
• The seller will receive a downloadable shipping label, which must be used to fulfill the order.

Sellers must use the provided label as generated — any modification or misuse is prohibited.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Use the provided shipping label only for the sold item.
• Package the item securely to prevent damage.
• Ship the item within 7 business days of the sale.
• Drop off or schedule pickup with the assigned carrier.

Failure to ship on time may result in cancellation, loss of payment, or account penalties.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

• Pay for shipping during checkout.
• Provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
• Track the shipment using the provided tracking number.
• Report any shipping-related issues (e.g., non-delivery, damage, wrong item) within 7 business days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.

Reports made after this period may not be eligible for support or resolution.

5. International Shipping

Second Nature USA INC supports international shipments to select countries.

• Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate customs documentation.

Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

6. Delivery and Tracking

A shipment is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as such. Disputes regarding delivery require a support request and may involve verification steps, including GPS data or signed receipts if available.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Sellers may purchase additional insurance through the carrier directly.
• Second Nature USA INC is not liable for uninsured losses, damages, or delays caused by the carrier.

8. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Sellers may not ship any items that are prohibited by law or carrier policy, including but not limited to:

• Ammunition or firearms
• Hazardous chemicals
• Perishable goods
• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items

Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Policy Updates

Second Nature USA INC reserves the right to modify these Shipping Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our site and take effect immediately. Continued use of our platform confirms your acceptance of any changes.
