Return Policy
Effective Date: July 4th, 2025
This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns may be requested and processed on Second Nature USA INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, all users agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Agreed
- Second Nature USA INC is a peer-to-peer platform; most sales are between independent users.
- As a result, all sales are considered final, unless the seller explicitly states a return is accepted in the item description.
- Buyers are encouraged to message sellers with any questions prior to purchase.
2. Return Eligibility: Item Not As Described
We may intervene and authorize a return/refund in the following cases:
- The item is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong size, wrong model, or material defect not disclosed).
- The item is counterfeit or violates marketplace rules.
- The item was not received (i.e., shipping tracking confirms non-delivery).
To be eligible, buyers must:
- Submit a request within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
3. Disputes and Resolutions
If a buyer submits a dispute:
- Our support team will investigate based on photos, tracking, and message history.
- If the claim is valid, we may offer a refund and require the item be returned to the seller.
- If the item must be returned, the buyer will be responsible for safe packaging and shipping.
4. No Returns for Fit, Preference, or Minor Wear
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that do not fit (unless the wrong size was sent).
- Buyer’s change of mind or dislike of item.
- Normal wear consistent with used gear (especially in hunting/outdoor items).
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- The return label will be provided by Second Nature USA INC.
- The buyer must ship the item back within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued once the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
6. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers are responsible for accurately describing and photographing items.
- Repeated return disputes may result in seller account review or suspension.
7. Items Lost in Transit
- If your item was shipped using a Second Nature USA INC label and is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Buyers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If tracking shows delivery, we will assess disputes on a case-by-case basis.
- Theft after delivery is not covered.
